A lot depends on its condition - is it like new? Also, does it have a mintmark (if there is one it's located on the reverse above the E D in TRADE DOLLAR and would either be S or CC). Has it been punched with Chinese characters (chop marks)?
The other sounds more like a medal of some kind rather than a coin. Try a google search or maybe Ebay.
