Start from the basics:

For one number, the probability is 1/10 (match 1 in a set of 10)

For two specific numbers, the probability is 2/10 or 1/5 (either number can match) times 1/9 or 1/45. (Since matching the first number removes it from the pool, the other number's chance of being picked is 1 in the 9 remaining numbers.)
