Using Microsoft Visual Studio, I'm trying to make a program but I can't manage to get it.

I need to introduce a persons Name and Salary Ex. John $1490.50 and it has to calculate a combination of what bills or coins complete his salary. Ex. $20 dollar bills = 50 $10 dollar bills = 49 $5 dollar bills = 0 $1 dollar bills = 0 -- 0.50 cent coins = 1 0.25 cent coins = 0.. like that, I don't know if its clear, but I don't understand how to do it either

Also, I need one that converts numbers to Roman numbers 12 = XII ...... from 1 to 99
